Hey Bob I have another question. Does it make a difference when playing heavier music on the drums to have a double bass pedal or just another bass drum? Which would you recommend? Thanks.

@espguitarpro77 ahhh... often asked question... for heavy playing your gonna get way more horsepower out of 2 drums. Keep in mind, the invention of the double BD pedal was driven largely by "less gear" to schlep... not sound quality.

You say to keep your bass drum vertical to lessen hoop distortion, so why is your bass drum on a big angle?
