I love Pan Am, but the first part of the video looks more against Pan Am than other thing... It's not a very good strategy to show worn tires and a worn plane... I don't know exactly the circunstances that surrounded the making of this video. But a shame that they didn't take in count those "details", even more when a airline is talking about prestige...

Don't flame me, I really love and miss Pan Am as much as a lot of airliners enthusiast around the world...

It was always a great airlines and just like a person, became the victim of hard times. I am confident Pan Am will return even better than before. The first airline to introduce us to the 747 the first American airline to take us to the former U.S.S.R. and China. I hope Pan Am will recover its former building in Manhattan. All the best :

I came to this country when I was small with my grandmom who is now 101. My mother cried when we heard that Pan Am went out of business. It was betrayed by the government the way some war veterans are after they come back from a war. Why did the government not help Pan Am the way they helped General Motors and Chrysler when they declared bankruptcy? We love u.

Ironic that a Delta aircraft makes a cameo in this video, as Delta would buy Pan Am's Frankfurt ops in just eight years time...
