First off your video really needs some help as parts of it are very hard to read. Also I heard this coke plant the video mentioned was shut down. Shut down coke plants don't use any water. Ground water is not a one time event. It is replenished all the time from the rains in the mountains. A continued shortage after the plants are shut down would indicate other causes.

not just coke..all soft drinks - most owned by coca cola. don't drink any carbonated water which causes inflammatory diseases.
