Seven of the twelve remaining airworthy B-17s in the air simultaneously in a breathtaking flyover (along with, I believe, a B-25 Mitchell up there somewhere, else they were joined by an eighth Flying Fortress while I was preoccupied). My little point and shoot camera didn't really do this justice, but I tried to watch "for real" and shoot simultaneously, as this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! World's largest gathering of WWII heavy bombers and aircrew since the end of the war. Sponsored by Yankee Air Museum, Ypsilanti, Michigan, August 7, 2010.
