I usually don't give homeless people money. I buy McDonalds gift card for $10 and put them in my car or wallet so if I come across a homeless person I will give it to them because now you know they will actually spend it on food. Then once I have given away my gift card Ill go get another one to put in my wallet for the next homeless person I come across that looks like he needs a meal.
