Perlman for sure. I have this recording. The passage starting at 3:30 in the third movement brings my wife and I to tears every time. This concerto is probably my all time favorite. The CD I have also has an Eric Korngold violin concerto on it.

For what it's worth, I have the Joshua Bell recording of this concerto with Esa Pekka-Salonen and the LAPO (on Sony, coupled with the Sibelius), and this isn't it.

I believe it's Itzhak Perlman and the Pittsburgh Symphony, conducted by Andre Previn.
