That is the old Rock Island depot in Blue Island, Illinois. The grade was put in over a hundred years ago. One track set is the mainline, the other set is from the suburban branch. There is not that much traffic and the grade is not blocked except during rush hour. The parking lot is not for commuters, it is for Metra employees
