That is cool! Great mod :)

Very cool. I wish sony would make an MD player for PC's. Something that could copy over your MD's to MP3 would be great! I'd buy one in a heartbeat, just as long as it automatically added the track marks to the MP3's.
I have 350 MD's that I need to convert to MP3, and I need the least painless method for such a big project.
Anyways, great job on the hardware there. It looks like the car stereo was Made for your PC :)

@dalekmun2010 Ha! Well, you're going to have to make your own. Get out the Dremel and the Nibbler tool. :P

kool i been wanting to this. but as for the audio card and the input aux seems kinda difficult. help?
shyboy2cute 1 year ago
@shyboy2cute Nothing too difficult. So long as your head unit has an AUX-IN on the back, you just run the audio card's cable back through an open slot in the PC case, and plug it into the back of the head unit. Then run your speaker wires from the back of the head unit, through the same slot in the back of the PC case and on to your speakers.

If only that was a full sized DIN.

@neotees No kidding! It would have made the project a lot simpler if I hadn't had to modify the case so much.
