  • The key is too start moving without the clubs and then introduce them one at a time. I will post a clip of some shoulder drills.

  • the club practice has its roots in zurkaneh. These clubs are 2lbs so certainly not up there with the heavy clubs traditionally used. The lighter clubs are excellent for mobility and rehabilitation. And as you can see there is a cross over into other arts such as Kali.

    I will be posting some clips using heavier clubs where the drills are more strength based.
