ha ha, I actually wondered during the Savannah parade why so many played the Marine Corp hymn. I counted 3 that were playing it when they passed us on Bay Street. I guess they try to play songs that we know.

Maybe it's because Scotland and Ireland are physical neighbors, with a long shared history. I'm wondering why there are so many blacks, dancing like fools, in a St. Patrick's Parade.

There are people from all around the world of ever color dancing in the street on St. Patrick's Day in Savannah, Georgia.
You bet some make fools out of themselves. But most just have a very good time. Come join us next year!
