Second Reality by the Finish demo group Future Crew marks a milestone in the history of PC demos. When it was first presented at the Assembly 1993 demoparty in Helsinki, Finland, people were blown away and the demo won with a huge gap to the second and third place.
Rumors started that Future Crew cheated (they were part of the demoparty organizer staff) and put in an extra sound card and special graphics card into the compo-PC used for the demo presentations and stuff like that. All this wasn't true of course, but the fact that Future Crew did not release the demo right away, because they wanted to finalize it to make sure that it runs stable on all computers, did help those rumors to stay alive for a couple weeks, until the demo was finally released and people could check for themselves that no special hardware was needed to run the demo.

Future Crew is also in debt to his two great musicians, Skaven and Purple Motion, who put these demos to a higher level.

@sacreleases i can't thank you enough. For some reason I remembered this demo but forgot who had done it. I first saw this in 1993 or 1994. I googled and googled until I found this. It was worth the search. Thanks again!!
