Just a disclaimer here: the library has taken me through graduate study, yes, just recognize that I did not simply buy a base package and expect miracles. I was one of only a few people that took the time to develop competencies in research techniques, personally developed my skills in digital resource management, as well as continued to enlarge my library at every opportunity over a six year period.
