I never heard it being an epidemic. There is no known causes for how I got Fanconi's Syndrome.

This is excellent info. The problem is ACEI therapy is the associated hyperkalemia in ESRD. This seems to be a major stumbling block in ACEI therapy. Would love to know the author's viewpoint on this.
