ShoZu rocks!

Caught this on NBC's Digital Edge the other day. Really cool little application for uploading photos and video clips from your cell phone to the web.

What I really like is the new ZuCast service that these guys are offering - which delivers photos, video clips and other entertainment files directly TO the mobile phone without any user intervention or download downtime.

I've used ShoZu for a few months now, and it's good to see these guys really putting together a service that's easy to use and avoids users having to open a mobile phone browser, wait for pages to load, interrupt phone calls, start over in the event of a dropped connection, or sync to a PC.




All files are downloaded invisibly in the background. Just click on the ShoZu icon on the phone display screen, and your latest ZuCasts will be waiting.




ShoZu is rolling out the service with a variety of "channels" that can be delivered for free.

Yeah. I use it too; and I love it! The server is quick to upload photos to flickr or vids to youtbue from my N95. Gotta try it for downloads.

Shozu was preloaded on my Motorola Z8 and its fantastic, so easy to get pics on Facebook and videos on Youtube...

Yeah baby! Shozu definitely rocks.. good for getting photoz / vidz off ya phone. I've been synching up to my flickr account but have started to use it to get clips to my blog too. What's this Zucasting about? Looks like a new service - anyone used this yet?

I've been using ShoZu for a while now. It's one of the coolest phone apps around. Great for both uploading and downloading content... ShoZu IS the future!
