  • I'm concerned because the reed could be so advanced for the age level that it could actually hinder progress. The amount of support you need for such a rich reed almost needs to be worked upto. But it sounds just fine! Where's the rest of the piece!? haha

  • Don't you always need to use a good amount of support, bad or good reed? Also, the tone is rich not only because of the reed! How can a good reed hinder progress?

  • i really like this piece, played it for my grade 8. post the 9/8 part if u can. and focus more on just letting the notes flow, it's marked ad libitum so make it your own. sounds great, enjoy!
