hetfledermaus, o.k. isaih was a horrible coach,but your way off base calling him a HORRIBLE player the 2-time nba champion was the CATALYST on a talented piston basketball club,he was @ 6'1 fearless going to the basket and lb 4 lb one of the BEST POINT GURADS TO PLAY THE GAME..PERIOD do SOME research,and stop painting broad strokes!!!!!

Isiah is a good coach, he knows what NY knicks lack, balls and defense. NY needs at least two more players like Nate Robinson, players that play good defense and with their hearts. Isiah is going to win a lot in the future.

Isiah is the worst coach in NBA history, could be the worst player too. He's bickering and pass-the-buck mentality is always a lost cause. He blames others for his mistakes, blamed Bird for the his errand pass in the '85 playoff, blamed Jordan for just being too great. Let's hear him blame himself for the 4 frustrating years he brought to the NY Knicks!
It's about time for a good "sla-in-your-face-Isiah change for NY.
