    It is about power, especially your shoulders and neck.

    But much more important is the flexibility of your lower back and your legs, becaus this move becomes impossible if you are not flexible enough !

  • Videos showing how you went from beginner to to advanced would help a lot!!! BTW one of the best performances of handstand I have seen.

  • how could you lift your legs up without falling on your face!?

  • Elegant, smooth and controlled movements. The key is not strength as many of you may think. The secret is flexibility. Lots of it. Well done
