@DahKitty i really don't know...i didn't have this problem...and i have uploaded it more than a year...try to see if you have the latest version of fraps...

You can't see that its highest??? Lol!!! Only the view distance is 28 because there is something you have to change in the file, cause the game doesn't let you run more than the memory below! But if you change it you can set all max! But the details are all maxed out! And its just great!!! LOL man!
