Great video.
Few questions:
How long did you cook this for?
How long did you wait before wrapping the meat?
Do you think putting brisket into juice like you did you ribs work with a brisket?

"Didn't get up as early as we would have liked this morning to get it on the smoker". I Have NEVER DONE THAT !!!!! LOL.

Looks good . I wouldn't change nothing. Great video

Glad it was tasty. Don't have a smoker, but thinking of getting one. Ribs would be awesome. Don't eat meat that often, but when I do, I like it tasty. Please post a vid if you do the ribs. Thanks..

I tried to link one of my videos when I did ribs on the smoker, but had trouble doing it. There's a video that we put up 2 days earlier than this video of smoking baby back ribs. Lemme know if you get a smoker and lemme know what you cook on it! Thanx again for the comments

Looks damn good. I love my WSM though I got a new toy recently. If you are going to cut it in half to save time what i normally do is separate the flat from the point as opposed to cutting it directly in half. Making burnt ends from the point is awesome. It looked pretty. Good job.

@14dollarz Thanx for the tip. Appreciate it. I know getting good takes a lot of time. We're keeping track of rubs and sauces and smoke time to get a little better each time. I see you're into competition BBQ...awesome. I'll watch your success.
