@qualitywitch I'll send you anything. All of this and more can be found at my website newthinktank. Then just click on the dieting link at the top of the page. Everything I did is available there for free. I never gained the weight back by the way :)

@MusicElskerLove It's all about watching your calorie intake. The lowest I got by the end was 164lb which was to skinny. I then got to my target which was 178lb. Right now I'm at 182lb after the holidays. Ill be back down to 178lb in a week

@derekbanas yeah. I'm still growing and living with my parents tho, so I wont follow the diet that you show in the part two video. But I think it's really fascinating how much weight you can lose by a simple diet, and it sure does seem healthy.
I don't feel like watching my calorie intake tho. I think it would become an obsession to me. And then I'm just too lazy to make myself committed enough to keep doing that. Your videos deserve way more views btw :)

@MusicElskerLove It's easy to follow calorie intake with myfitnesspal. If you are young though you probably need a calorie intake above the averages. It is a healthy diet though. It all came from reading dietitian text books. I'm glad you like the videos :)

So if you exercise you'll more?

@PainlessTank From what I've read moderate exercise seems to be best for weight loss. The FDA has put out reports that sudden increases in exercise, especially for women, slows weight loss. As long as your body isn't thrown into starvation mode research says you'll lose weight. Daily calorie intake can't go below 60% of your required calories including calories lost through exercise. If it does you'll enter starvation mode and your diet will end.
