Here I show you how to do some high intensity cardio-Tabata style. You can perform this with any type of cardio you wish, go as hard as you can. Make sure you do a little warm up beforehand and cool down when finished, Good luck!

20 seconds workout, 10 seconds rest.

(80 burpees in 4 minutes here)

  • @durianriders Alright well, as you can see I have an above average amount of muscle. Post a video of you doing this identical workout and we'll see how you do.   • @durianriders You're blind, this dude is in phenominal shape. Anyway, I've been looking for a simple, but effective cardio routine to add to my weight training. I tried a couple of these just to get the feel of it and i'll definitely be doing this! Thanx for sharing.
