Social justice is not giving everyone the same income or inhibiting people from becoming rich. It is not abandoning the poor and needy. It is a level of humanity in a civilized society that provides for it's needy, giving them at least the basics to survive - basic health care, food and a roof over their heads. It doesn't mean the homeless invading our livingrooms and using our computers and iphones. Disregarding the needy is inhumane and not christian.

What the hell does the heritage foundation know about social justice?

As long as there are such classes and hierarchies in this world, it's not easy to lessen or alleviate the inequality and injustice to happen.

'Social Justice' means anybody that works hard deserves to have everything taken from them because the idiots and the lazy NEED it more, and thus supposedly deserve it.

Everyone should learn about United Nations Agenda 21. "Social Justice" and redistribution of wealth sounds cool to American liberals. Wait until they find that their money is not being redistributed in America, but to other countries. Is that really what they want? I don't think so. Remember the blacks waiting in line for their "Obama money?" They really thought redistribution of wealth was coming to them. People on welfare in America are richer than many people in 3rd world countries.

oh dear... there is a LARGE difference between social justice and charity... social justice requires a sacrifice from the ruling class to liberate the oppressed
any guesses as to who the ruling class is? take a gander all my rich, white, male friends :-/

Find and read this story before you consider putting your government in control of creating world "equality and social justice."

"THE YEAR WAS 2081, and everybody was finally equal!"

Social Justice is a scam, for people to take over the govt and take other people's money, with phony justifications. Consider these facts: Czar Nicholas II ruled Russia, lived in palaces, and the people were peasants living in poverty. Lenin and the 1918 revolution said "help the poor" and "take the money from the wealth classes." The result? Stalin lived in palaces, and 30 million died of starvation. 100 million died in the 20th Century to "equalize classes."
How about keeping it equal justice for everyone! Never mind Social Justice... that sounds nice, but I like our nation the way our founders made it. Anything violating my inalienable rights endowed to me by my creator, I am against! This includes my persuit of life, liberty and the persuit of happiness. This means I persue for me, not for my neighbor unless I feel like giving out of the goodness of my heart. Government has no business there!

social justice will cripple the american way of life. It is understood to mean (becasue no one will clearly define it) that everyone is entitled to the same standard of living as everyone else. As in, where is the justice of our social or economic system that some people live really well, and some live near poverty, even though they both wrok really hard.
