No TLC Cop should have any power more than removing the meter, pulling the plates of the car and poping off the hack license for extreme violators.
That power to arrest bullshit is bullshit. If they breach a contract; there should be no authority to arrest anyone... That's only evidence that you have left the Law and Equity jurisdiction of these united States of America and entered the Admiralty/maritime jurisdiction of international law for the corporate/fedeal United States. Wake up!!!

Once again, the tyrannical commissioners of the City of New York infringe on our rights to sell our labor buy now forcing people to an "unconstitutional" infringement by enforcing a dress code on self-employed people. 1 More thing TLC is Putting Drivers in Danger by Putting the Full Name first and last Name on the license
Since anyone can use a Computer And trace where driver lives ...
Plus if u see the TLC so called Police of taxi there Last Name is on the jackets with badge number
all u need is a last Name and License Number
