rthey always had crap drivers? sorry but Eddie Cheever, Derek Warwick, Heinz-Harald Frentzen, Riccardo Patrese, Thierry Boutsen, Alan Jones (who was world champion), Damon Hill (champion aswell) all drove for Arrows and they sure as hell werent crap, the cars were crap (except maybe in 1988) you should watch what your talking about...
