I'd get the Zune HD. I got the Archos 5 160GB when it was on sale on Amazon, and don't really like it.  The software is buggy and freezes up. Any video I try to put on it is pixelated and stutters, and music takes about three seconds to go from one song to the next. It also feels to heavy, like you have to hold it in two hands, and it is uncomfortable to use while moving. Overall, it seems poorly built and the operating system is horrible. I have not used the Zune HD, so cannot comment.

How do you get movies on a zune HD?
Does the zune HD have YouTube?
Is the interwebz fast?
