I am one of the top Personal Trainers in the UK and I have been using the UltraFlex ez8 with my clients over a period of just over a month now, and the results has been phenominal..All of them love it, and the fact that it targets the muscles that are isolated means it is far more effective than any other gymnasium equipment. It quite simply does what it says on the tin, after the workout it gets folded up and put away in the case and then slots in the back seat of the car. Highly recommended...

the only 3 proven time tested exercises that will forever work and those that say it doesn't work are just not commited enough to it are running, free weights, and calisthenics.

I don`t think that this stick helps you to get in shape.
If this thing snaps back it can also hurt you.
It`s better to go to gym if you want to get in shape, you can also buy a pair of dumbbells, thats way safer and raelly works.

i see "recall" in its future. all he has to do is say he used it once and it constitutes using it. he did not get that sexy with the Ultra Flex. I'm leaning toward Jake's new workout apparatus that attaches to the door. It's dropped from $199.99 to $174.00.
