It hurts about the same as a regular belly piercing. Just adding a second on in there. =] Also it depends on your pain tolerance.

thanksfor the reply, i have got the top and bottom done and the bottom one was agony for 4 days, i couldnt go to work .
does the pain last long cos i am going on holiday??

Hmmm. The pain maybe lasted for a few days it would not hurt like unless I bended over to pick something up or if they got bumped. So going being on vacation wold be good. ^_^
