Its a tuned resonant chamber, like a speaker enclosure.

did you bend the pip or roll form from sheet metal and welded the seams?

the melting point of steel is roughly 2500 degrees F, so no... its not.

yeah i wonder how it would run if you injected a liquid fuel in once it was hot.. it would burn cause the chamber is hot but still cool it slightly
