Really great show!!!

Almost went to show the night before too when they added it but the tickets were gone quickly. No worries though, this was the one to be at for sure. The set list says it all, tons of music!!!!

I remember Plant saying to the crowd just before they played Dancing Days for the second time, "well, we played this song about 3hours ago, but we thought you might want to hear it again"

These were the first two times I heard that song, after all these years I still can hear that song, it stands out against all the live music I have heard over the past 36 years.

I remember it well.
They were over an hour late from probs in BC. The crowd was cool
tossing frisbies and a ball around.
I was bombed, so the exact order of things is muddled at best.
Having been to hundreds of concerts in my life, starting with Jefferson Airplane in 1968 in Portland, Or {March?} and the Doors to the Dead in Seattle ( lost in the past, Nov.?} at the old Eagle's , but I digress.
THE BEST CONCERT I EVER ATTENDED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The professionalism and attention to the crowd were beyond any expectation . Flawless execution and playing an extra 30 min. beyond the norm....... Priceless......

One of the most legendary concerts ever! Over three hours long and what a show. There are lots of previews for the next album including Dancing Days performed twice! Plant introduced that song: "Well, that's the first time I believe we've ever done it. All being well we're gonna get this album out before the summer goes!" Black Country Woman gets its first live airing here, three years before it is released and five years before it is played live again. The organ medley contains many songs including Louie Louie! Dazed And Confused is one of the longest and best versions I have ever heard, including Walter's Walk and The Crunge among other references. After more than three hours, Plant tells to the audience: "We're only contracted to do fifty minutes in the first place and it's now three hours and twenty minutes since we started."

  • i may not have been alive when this band was thriving, but i'm here now and Led makes me feel like something different. like my soul is happy when i hear them. this song proves Bonhams worth, one simple driving bass beat and the entire crowd finds the rhythm.

  • The way, You`ve made the performance of the plate`s titles is very good!

  • Plants voice seemed to evolve constantly, he sounded a bit different on each album and each tour, and I kind of like all the stages, but there's something about this houses of the holy stretch where he wasn't belting, but could reach such high notes in this girly voice, that blows me away every time.

  • i am a zep freak from way back and have never heard this,,,, it is wonderful! robert wailing live in key! the 1972 stuff is the best by far.... they were still a little hungry but they were also full fledged rock stars... givin it their all....Thanks,...

  • @hafocord this was supposed to be on Houses of the Holy so that's why they performed it here, I think should've played at least on ths tour, it would've beeen great!

  • wow! SO high vocals! this is better than the studio version for sure!

  • Love this show and love this version...better than the studioversion in my opinion.
