This is a game that I made for my FMP at uni. The idea is that you can mix both the virtual and real worlds together to create levels for the game.

You can use pretty much anything you can think of to create your level. The video gives you an idea of the types of things you can do.

Using a sketchbook you can literally draw your level onto the page and then have the character interact and play on the level that you create! You can use physical objects such as pencils boxes or even yourself. Simply position the items however you want and then the characters can play on your level.

  • Yep2 you can do this with a projector, camera and image processing techniques.

  • Thats really awesome, you should try coding it to detect different colours maybe? So like black solid, red can be passed through...ect Just an idea. :)
