OK, apol accepted, maraOfacoma. Let me explain something to you. The folks who either have served (like myself) or those who currently serve in the military HATE WAR! We know firsthand how horrible it is. But, when we're sent to fight, we believe that our nation(s) owe us the support & strategy to WIN! So far as Obama being a leader, he is NOT. And so far as him seeking "avenues of peace", he has NO CLUE! Wait, watch, and see..mollycoddling terrorism will NOT lead to a utopian peace!

Sorry for the insult...I am a peace advocate it would be hard for a soldier to understand that peace IS.... possible.I do not think many Americans know how much their reputation is damaged in the eyes of the world.I think you needed a LEADER(OBAMA)who will seek avenues of peace and repair the damage Bush has done.
