That no child left behind act is such bullshit. If you have a child in the third grade that can't add 2+3, and your teaching him 5x41, why the fuck would you keep pushing that child along when he can't understand what the work was three lessons ago!!

For once, I mostly agree with you on this one. If I was a taxpayer living in Belmont, I would be just as pissed. You could build at least four schools with that much money. But I don't live there. And you probably don't either.
