Please help me...
When in Tiny Hexer, and click "Save As", nothing happens, and when I click "Save", it says:
System Error. Code: 5.
Access is denied.
What should I do to fix this?

Hey when i type in NTLDR and click find it says that it didnt find it...Any suggestions? I dont see BOOTMGR or anything as the top comment suggested..

download flashboot.exe and rc.iso (ca. 7MB) via google
than open flashboot and wrap iso to usb as shown
bootrec /fixmbr

After some troubleshooting..
For those who see BOOTMGR instead of NTLDR here is what to do:
1. In TinyHexer, completely overwrite BOOTMGR with NTLDR & 2 spaces for the additional characters.
2. Do a Save (NOT Save As) back the boot record.
3. Replace NTLDR with CMLDR (as per original instructions).
4. Now Save As a file USBLDR to your USB drive.
It should work perfectly now.

HEY BRITEC
I have tried this before with 100% success. this time (same system) when i tired it the screens i get on the recovery console are totally different! it wants me to say which installation of windows (only answer it will accept is '1') and wants system administrator password. i have tired all the passwords and have no clue what it might be. dont recall ever setting up this password. last time i used your solution i simply typed "chkdsk" into the prompt and it worked. any idea what todo?
