One thing you can try is resetting your cmos, and trying the repair in normal mode (not overclocked). Also, did you mess with the ram speed, or just the cpu clock speed?

mate, I have a prob : after I overclock my computer from 1.2Gh to 2.0Gh, the computer asks me to repair an archive in windows/system32/config/system. I try to repair it with my windows disc, and just when it tells "please, press any button to execute the CD inserted" (or something else). And it doesn´t open. Then it takes me again to the system error message.
