  • @Toadphillips field sobriety tests are horseshit almost no one can pass one, drunk or not, what theyre designed to do is make the officer dominate the situation and make the victim you more cooperative.

  • Find a " good lawyer." There is no such thing. They'll take your money just fine, getting them to return your calls is impossible. Lawyers are giant fucking scumbags.

  • @TheMonsterzero Pretty much.

  • in america if you have enough money you can do anything you want

  • @PepperWhite62 ya because that lawyer right there isnt giving free advice...

  • what if you ant got the cash that good laywer your kinda fucked

  • @hulkout666 Ypu do realize that many DUIs are handed out to people will below the legal limit also..?You dont recognize the fact the whole set up is a racket to get money out of people? You do realize that most people who blow just above the limit or what the limit was 20 years ago (dont remember what it is today, just that its lower) are less dangerous than the average person coming home from a stressful or long day at work?Yes get DRUNK drivers off the road, but the laws today are ridiculous.

  • @hulkout666 Whats your definition of a drunk driver..... you do know that the laws in many states do not recognize drunk driving as an offense officially, its mostly DUI,driving under the influence, which one can easily be without being considered impaired or drunk, which is why dwi ( driving while impaired/intoxicated ) is not a law, as the court recognizes under the " influence "is not being impaired. So someone who is considered DUI may be less dangerous than an elderly person or teenager...

  • The biggest problem is finding a good lawyer as most are crooks and will simply take your money and say....OH well we reduced the fines and plea bargained" so you are now a free man but you still owe me 3000 dollars and I only worked on your case for 6 hours!
