  • Hi there! Wonderful playing indeed, I was wondering what do you do to record your EL70? I am trying to find ways to directly link it up to the pc without using the MDR files, I currently use audacity and use the aux output but I was wondering if you have any other ideas? Thanks

  • @agollaglee I use a similar method - I record using Audacity and then mix the audio and video using Adobe Premier Elements - have you made any recordings?

  • This is absolutely brilliant. I have a huge traditional attitude.. Love it! I miss these organs! The eighties were amazing. Used to sidle myself under the stage on caravan holidays to get close to see what the Organist was up to! Nice and lively!!! :@)

  • @josephtierney12 It certainly wakes me up!!!

  • I could listen to that all day... great job, whish I had your talent.

  • prachtig !!!! where are you sitting on??

  • Mark is more harder to learn if you are left handed like myself.

    Still tops in my book.

  • @chrisnab100 The music will usually dictate what kind of frills you need to add but also develop a style of your own - find something unique that you can incorporate into your playing so it almost becomes recognisable as you. No doubt there are better more qualified people to advise you than me. Good Luck. Perhaps you can upload your playing? Best Wishes, Mark

  • @chrisnab100 Hi Chris. Thanks for watching. First off, practice as often as you can - practice makes perfect and also keeps you relatively fit all that bouncing around! Learn the melody in your right hand first and get a feel for the music - the emotion and rhythm - then start putting the chords together in the left while adding the bass with your feet - take it nice and easy. When you are comfortable playing it 'straight' then you can start adding the 'extras'.

  • @markdtp I use the audacity and Adobe Premiere Pro, my big let down really is my quality of camcorder and my patience to sit down and record. Unfortunately there are too many things I find that stop me mastering one particular piece so any recordings are full of mistakes and sound a bit raggedy, I just uploaded my first recording. I have only just really got into using floppy disk data I have never really been big on changing registrations it always takes too long to set up I find.

  • Fantastic!!!

  • THERES ONLY ONE WORD FOR MARK & THAT IS BRILLIANT.

THANKS MARK SEE YOU DOWN ON THE FARM LOL.
