I love this recipe! whenever you dont know what to eat or you dont wanna cook, it is perfect for a sandwich! :D also you can add some fresh chilli if you want some! WOOHOO~! HOT~! lol

1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 Tablespoon water
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon wine vinnegar
salt and pepper
1/2 lemon juice
and lemon zest, optional

For spicy mustard
couple teaspoons paprika
couple teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon dijion mustard
1 Tablespoon spicy mustard
1 Tablespoon horseradish mustard OR 1/2 Tablespoon horseradish

  • @WYCHIX5 You need to keep drizzling little by little while the food processor is running until you get the right consistency.

I have made mayo in my blender for the last year (i do not own a food processor).....it comes out great in the blender too......you give great tips for what to add.....and you are a beautiful lady.....so down to earth and fun to watch......i love the mustard scenes and also when you get stuff on your face you just roll with it! so fun and silly!   • You need to start out with one drop of oil at a time until the mayonaise begins to come together. Then you can add a thin stream. If you add too much oil just mix it in well before adding more. She's right about using a whisk for this. After a while your fingers will fall off lol! Excellent job with the video! I will try this ..... With a little less spicy stuff. But only a little less. Thank you for posting!! :)
