IF THE METHOD IN THIS VIDEO DOES NOT WORK:
1. make sure your iPod isn't on lock
2. try the method used in the video again
3. if that doesn't work then wait for your iPod to completely run out of battery, then charge it
4. if that doesn't work, then you should contact apple, and if you still have your warranty they can fix or replace it
5. if you get to this step, your screwed... sorry, buy a new iPod :(
