Alex V I went to Jays seminar in Phoenix. He has the athlete start at parallel and continue as low as you can go. In his opinion you are starting to high. You continue for 5 minutes. If you can go no lower get up and repeat. I did it three times before the lunch break and once after. My halms were shot. great exercise. Coach B of FV

This is a very difficult one to master imo. So you pull through the heels and not the ball of the foot like you do in the front leg of an iso extreme lunge?
