I'm a state side born Chamorro..Dad was in the Navy, and I was born at the Naval Hosipital in San Diego....Both my parents were born in Guam...They have both passed away, but I always understood our language, as long as my parents and visiting relatives slowed it down a little...I still can cook some of our island food, but miss my Dad's cooking...I am proud to be Chamorro, and I attend Pacific Islander functions here in California
