January 17, 2012--Mark Menslage is not letting major surgery deter him from his powerlifting goals. He's taking a disciplined approach, and showing a lot of restraint, simultaneously, as he works his way back. In this workout, his goal was to complete 8 sets of 3 reps/set. As you'll see, Mark is very explosive in this final set as he demonstrates excellent form and fluidity.
