@GracefulAssassin9 Yes, it's been 2 years since you posted this, but I have to disagree. I think it depends on the individual dog. A friend's dog (R.I.P. Bosco) could watch TV and would bark at the dogs after *seeing* them. Bosco always faced the part of the TV where the dogs' (or other animals') heads were, and she got really wound up when they were running.
