  • Surely if you have a question for someone about something which you already hold an opinion, you are open to challenge or develop your opinion? Having an opinion is not 'over-flowing' in any sense. In focussing you learn about how your body is doing in relation to your situation or environment. You are open to challenge or develop what you already know. I dont need a Ph.D to tell you that.
