@AnniyanHell the window actually extends to the floor, the Open sign is attached to the frame. The guy that went in with Chris was an accomplice to the trick. Once they were inside, he lifted the window up, which created an opening. Because the glass is clean the people outside don't notice that it is moving. Chris walks through the opening and once through the accomplice lowers the window back down to the floor, concealing the hole below the window frame. It's a very simple illusion.

Supposedly there should be 2 people hiding under the table in 3:15 to pull up the windows for Criss to get through a hole on the glass. Maybe someone should try this kind of trick without the paper on the glass or special camera cut. That's probably real magic.
