This footage happens to be taken In Bay Shore N.Y. in a apartment complex considering management by us. The shower is a plastic tub enclosure , and yes there is mold on the inside of it that is not as agressive but evident. Very damp in the bathroom .. I think it may benefit from an exhaust fan. You can see condensation dripping off the windows, hot and humid , out of direct sunlight, perfect conditions for mildew amd mold spores to grow.
