I have seen Garage Band available on the Apple iPad and iPad 2, but wondering how it would work compared to using Garage band on a regular Apple computer? How would you hood up your instruments and vocals on the Apple iPad? Great graphics on your You Tube video!

Of all the type of apps I've found so far Garage Band on my iPad has the most functions except one. It does not send MIDI out. Because of that the program for me is virtually useless. How can I possibly create songs when I can't record the MIDI data from it to a DAW? I hope that in the future Apple will see the light and incorporate a MIDI out function for the iPad. The iPad has WiFi and various MIDI interfaces like Line 6's MidiMobilizer 2 to connect other devices. GarageBand needs MIDI out!
