If it were up to Ron Paul, everything would be state's rights meaning no civil rights movement/ act would of ever happened because it would have only been up to the state and not the fed and the fed government would have never intervened. Paul is also in favor of letting businesses "do their thang" meaning if they want to refuse blacks into their establishment, he will go ahead and let them. No federal Civil Rights Acts to protect us!
