continued from other posting. This is a very exciting time and a risky time. Your generation has been marked by continual war and a government that espouses democracy, but has betrayed the very people it claims to serve. Whatever action and beliefs you are led to be sure in involves compassion, social justice and love. The video above is the real deal, but your generation needs to interpret to your own needs and cultural norms. The truths are the same. Best of luck in your search.

acheverie-I am a Baby Boomer. It has taken years to finally come to a place where I feel my experience has taught me something. We were a rebellious generation, but one also marked by many historical traumas (Vietnam, assasinations of 3 brilliant leaders) which affected our ability to make good choices. I'm sorry your generation was labeled as the Me generation-consider it a projection from the previous one. There are many Elders out there now helping-Matthew Fox, Andrew Harvey, Michael Lerner.

To continue from my other posting below. Please understand I have and am still working through to have a relationship with God. What I ask is advice for my generation so we will not make the same mistakes of the previous generations. There is wisdom out there and there are those of my generation that are desperate for this advice. How can my generation help set up new foundations that are not based on greed or hypocrisy?

I am of generation X and I love what this woman says. Sister Joan speaks words I have loved to say but am unable to articulate it with as much grace. My generation is spiritually starved. We were taught to worship money and when we turned to those that speak of God they in turn asked for money and disguised fear as love. My generation was also labeled generation Me. I can not tell you how painful that was to be called that by the very generation that raised my generation.

I invite you to check out the videos on Nuclear War, Science & Spirituality, and Accelerating Brain Evolution on my channel. The skeptics have promoted a culture that destroys our socio-ecological environment and has promoted the current nuclear threat.

@hopkins4545 I hope as a Franciscan brother, (or are you coming from one? - confusing statement) I pray that you are one whose ultimate obedience is to the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church, as all religious should be as in the example of one of the greatest Franciscans, St. Pio of Pietrelcina. God's blessings to you also. Amen

@hannahnikol Coming from a Franciscan brother, I can tell you with absolute certitude that she IS a Catholic nun and that perhaps you should read your Catechism. God Blessings upon you.

What a refreshing, word! Can we still stand such honesty and fidelity to Christ message in the midst of today's wide spread corruption and paganism? I hope so, or Christianity is doomed!

It is a travesty that Chittister passes herself off as "Sister" representing a Roman Catholic nun. She should team up with x-nun Karen Armstrong. Neither any longer represent Catholicism but globalism. See Aquarius Age of Evil Trailer pts 1&2 on youtube.
