read my post below about this song;s meaning. There is a lot of conflicting explanations on it and I have clarified it below in my reply to @dancolyton. Straight from Billy Gould's mouth! so this should solve it once and for all!

No its not!!!Billy Gould gave an interview about it back in 98. he travels a lot. he came across it whilst travelling. He states in the interview that he loves "unknown" & "off the track" places etc. He was appauled at what the Serb forces did to the place and the sufferering of the Albanian's. He described it at the time as being a "heavy place" still deeply affected by what had happened and it upset him. he wanted to do a free concert there but management wouldnt allow it.
