Dave, what are you eating when you don't juice? I get problems from too much fruit but I feel that too much fat isn't good too. But where is the energy coming from?

Hi there. I need to lose about 100 pounds and I am eating raw and vegetarian the best I can afford. I still have to eat some processed and dairy foods because its all I can afford, and I have no choice but to buy non-organic fruits and vegies. Will go further into this when Im able, but will I still reap some benefits from my (mostly) raw food diet or is it as if im doing nothing at all because im not able to go organic and 100% raw? I feel better even though its not the perfect ideal. Thoughts?

Guilt is not a part of this trip. Do what you can do day by day. Soon you will find extra money as you spend less on meds and doctors, meats and cheeses. Explore Dan's videos. He has tons on eating raw on the cheap. You are on a raw food PATH, a journey not a destination. Enjoy the ride!
